- DIDW CENTRIFUGAL FANS –It designed to handle large volumes of relatively clean air as required in heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and many industrial air supply and exhaust applications.
- Air Techno India Private Limited make centrifugal blower consist of double inlet double width (DIDW) with forward curved impeller. They use kinetic energy of the impeller to increase the pressure of the air stream, which in turn moves air against the resistance caused by duct, dampers and other components. Centrifugal fan accelerate air radially, changes direction of the flow.
AXIAL FLOW FAN- are specially designed and manufactured for optimum relation between air quantity and power consumption and to meet the exact demand or commercial and industrial ventilation which is hot, a humid, dusty, corrosive environments. Axial flow fans are designed to enable air or gas flow parallel to the impeller axis. Activent axial flow fans are suitable for low and medium pressure industrial applications and ventilation plants. The casing is fabricated from mild steel/ stainless steel sheet. Impellers will be of cast aluminium alloys and aerofoil of blade is designed to have maximum efficiency at lesser power consumption. This arrangement is suitable for mounting on roofs or in ducts.

- ARRANGEMENT-1 (WALL MOUNTED DIRECT DRIVE) – AW
- This is suitable for mounting of fan directly coupled to motor on walls or columns for constant speed.
- ARRANGEMENT-1 IB (WALL MOUNTED BELT DRIVE) – AW
- Arrangement IB is suitable for application where motor is mounted outside the air current. The impeller is attached to one end of the shaft supported by two ball bearings. A pulley is attached to the other end of the shaft.
ARRANGEMENT- 2 (TUBE AXIAL DIRECT DRIVE) – AD
- This arrangement is suitable for mounting of the fan with direct coupled motor is duct or roofs. The casing is of MS welded construction with flat iron flanges. While fixing in ducts, necessary inspection door must be provided in the ducting for removing the fan, if required. This arrangement provided with a weather cowl ,makes an ideal roof extractor.
- ARRANGEMENT- 2 IB (TUBE AXIAL BELT DRIVE) – AD
- In this arrangement the fan is suitable for V belt drive. The motor is housed outside the casing and the impeller is driven by means of V belt. The Belt moves inside the support arms in order to protect them from coming into contact with air in the duct. The fan is also provided with an inspection door on request.
DIRECT DRIVE PLUG FANS – These are used for especially in hygienic applications. The motors with degree of protection and complaint with CE norms are used as standard. They are single speed as standard and double speed motors are available also. A frequency convertor can be provided for motor speed control.EC fans are also available as an option which is generally recognized as being the latest thing in energy efficient air movement technology, EC stands for Electronically Commutated which basically means it is a fan with a brushless DC motor.
BIFURCATED FAN- Bifurcated fans are direct driven axial fans where the motor is encased in a metal box to isolate it from the airflow. This makes bifurcated fans ideal for exhausting or recirculating fumes, gases and hot air or for exhaust of corrosive/ abrasive fumes or explosive duct laden gases. The motor must have access to ambient air. This fan is mostly placed to exhaust or supply the air of corrosive nature or hazardous for the motor. In this the motor. In this the motor is not in the stream of air.
CABINET FAN- The cabinet fan are direct drive fans. The fans have forward curved wheels for low sound and high efficiency. They are suitable for clean air applications such as bathrooms, storage rooms, or offices. The centrifugal inline fans include direct drive fans with backward-inclined centrifugal wheels. CIRCULAR INLINE FAN- Circular inline fans are the perfect combination of domestic and industrial applications with different air capacities. The circular duct inline fans have centrifugal fan with backward curved impeller with mounting bracket. External rotor is used in these inline fans. The direct integration of motor with impeller makes the assembly very smaller and lighter. The air capacity of circular inline fans are upto 950 CFM.
